I went to Tulum for my friends 30th birthday and we stayed at Copal and had the best time! Firstly the hotel is beautiful! It feels like you’re in a tropical jungle with trees and plants throughout the hotel. Our apartment was lovely – we had a three bedroom apartment with a rooftop pool. The apartment was nicely decorated, it was airy and very spacious. There are two restaurants on site and both of them are great! The main pool is in the centre of the hotel; surrounded by trees and it’s so peaceful. What we also really liked is that there are so many extra things offered by the hotel including morning yoga, bikes for rent, massages etc which added such a nice touch to our stay. However the best thing about Copal is definitely the service! From the front desk, to the restaurant, to maintenance - everyone made sure we had a great experience during our stay. Special shoutout to Johnny and Samir who always went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend staying here!

The location is quiet good, and the joungle feeling is unforgettable! Away from the trouble of the zona Hotelera on the beach, but if you want to make beach day we consider the Gitano beach (They have a collab. with). The pool is amazing, in the late afternoon it went a bit "dirty" because of the trees and plants around it but that was ok. The food in the Copal restaurant was amazing as in the Sushi Restaurant Kokoro (one of the best sushi we had) and the price/performance was rally good (the opposite of the many beach clubs) The staff was really nice especially Rebecca from the Info deks, she gave us super amazing recommendations for activitiesduring our stay. The Room was spacious an always clean! The A/C was super helpful, you need will need it so much woth such temperatures 😅

The plants on the property have grown since they took the pictures so it looks like a little oasis in the middle of the Jungle, especially at night with the lights. we spent 6 nights we had the Rooftop Private Pool Garden View 1 King Bed. It felt very secluded . there are 2 very good restaurants if you don't feel like going to town and the staff was very nice and friendly

Beautiful hotel in a new neighborhood with super friendly and always very helpful staff! Spacious rooms, 2 nice restaurants with a jungle atmosphere, where you can also have breakfast. Taxis are always arranged within 3 minutes. You can choose rooms with a small private pool or without one, we didn't use the pool. In short, a lovely, not overcrowded hotel!

From day one of my arrival the property is clean welcoming and makes you feel like you're a jungle oasis availability off two pools and Yoga in the morning was all great things I look forward to.
